My gift for you Jesus
Is all that I have
It's not made of gold
Or very fine brass

It's not made of Diamonds
Or Rubies, or Jade
It's so very plain
Not store bought, or made

I think my gift is okay,
But what do I know?
I'm just a small one
With much room to grow

But, none the less, Jesus
I give to you, my heart
A flower you'll savor
Right from the start

It's not wrapped with ribbon
Nor adorned with a bow
But it's all that I have
And I thought you should know
